Test and tag for factories and warehouses
On a large site the hard part is often finding every item, not testing it. Equipment is spread across buildings, mezzanines and loading docks.
We test it where it sits, record where each item is, and plan the visit around your production schedule.

Factory and warehouse equipment we test
Plug-connected equipment across your site:
- Plug-connected production equipment
- Three-phase machinery, leads and adaptors
- Compressors and pumps
- Battery chargers
- Extension leads and power boards
- Workshop and maintenance tools
- Office and lunchroom appliances
We carry more than twenty three-phase adaptors. Tell us about your connections when requesting a quote so we can confirm the scope.

Testing around production
Tell us which lines or machines cannot stop, when shifts change and which areas need an escort or induction. We will plan the order of the visit around them.
Equipment spread across several buildings takes longer than a single room of appliances. We discuss the expected duration when quoting, and after-hours testing is available by arrangement.
Plan testing around productionWhy production equipment needs regular checks
In WA, plug-connected equipment used where it is likely to be damaged, for example by vibration, dust, movement or heat, has specific inspection and testing requirements.
The schedule depends on the equipment and where it is used, not on the industry label alone. Testing your equipment does not cover fixed wiring or every other safety obligation on site.

Asset tracking across the site
Every item is logged in a barcoded asset report with its location, result and next scheduled test date, so you can find equipment and plan the next round.
Failed items are recorded with their status, and we send a reminder when your next scheduled visit is due.

It depends on the item count, equipment type and how spread out it is. We discuss the expected duration when quoting.
